With May being Mental Health Awareness Month (https://mhanational.org/mental-health-month/), it feels right to start now. MHAM was established by Mental Health America, a nonprofit established in the US in 1909, to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote support for mental well-being. This month is a reminder that our mental health deserves as much attention as our physical health. To honor this month, we've launched new journaling prompts designed to support reflection, growth, and self-awareness.
